When updraft venting is impractical or a range hood detracts from the styling of your kitchen, the NuTone Eclipse 27000 Downdraft System offers a sleek, trim style.  It is ideal for cooking surfaces on islands or peninsulas.  This space-saving design saves you valuable undercounter space.  The Eclipse is compatible with virtually all cooktops and the flexibility of the blower discharge allows you to duct to the right, left, down or side-to-side to avoid floor joists.  An access panel permits easy cleaning.
