Payment OptionsWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our online store. Orders will be billed in full at time of shipping. For international orders, we can only accept payments via credit cards issued by a US bank. Please contact us if you wish to pay offline via wire transfer or other means. ShippingNote: Farreys.com is currently only accepting orders for delivery to the United States and Canada. All orders within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped by UPS or common carrier. Shipping and handling charges for all items (domestic and international) is a per item charge based on the weight of the item, the size of the box and the delivery destination. Once your order has been placed, shipping date(s) will be emailed to you. In stock products ship within 1-2 business days. Out of stock items usually ship within 5-15 business days depending on the manufacturer. Special Order items generally ship within three to four weeks. If you require faster delivery, please contact Farreys.com to arrange overnight or second day delivery. Sales TaxApplicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents in the State of Florida. Returns & ExchangesWe believe that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we realize that items may arrive defective, damaged, or not as you had anticipated. Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of delivery. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED. Damaged Merchandise Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. Defective Merchandise Product technical issues, including fan motor problems, can be resolved quickly through the manufacturer’s technical support telephone number (enclosed with the product information within the box). If the manufacturer cannot solve the problem, we will replace the defective product, except for defective bulbs. Contact Farreys.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). After thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise, replacement or repair of a defective product must be handled by the manufacturer under the guidelines of the product warranty. General Returns Farreys.com hopes that you will be satisfied with your order. In the event that you would like to return your merchandise, and it has NOT been installed, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt. Please contact Farreys.com for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise. Product returned must be accompanied with an RGA and will be accepted less a minimum 15% restocking charge (up to 50% restocking charge on custom or special order products) and shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product invoiced or in the original packaging. Instructions for Returns: 1. Contact Farreys.com within 72 hours of delivery date for a Return Goods Authorization. 2. All goods must returned in original package within 30 days from delivery date. 3. Enclose the invoice with reason for return. All returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking charge. Acceptable returned merchandise must be: · Unused · In its original box with sufficient packaging materials · In resalable condition · Has not been installed or modified in any way · Accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number.
The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund: · Large orders: Orders containing 10 qty or more of a single item, or an order having an invoice total greater than $2000. · Light bulbs, parts, and shades. · Custom orders or products built to order; unless found to be defective. · Special purchases such as: inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, clearance items, etc.
Refused Delivery Refused deliveries are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge (up to 50% restocking charge on custom or special order products) plus the cost of return shipping. See our data security details below. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Farreys.com will cover the entire liability for you , up to the full $50.00. Farreys.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Farreys.com. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. See also: Privacy Policy. CancellationsPlease contact customer service at 888-854-5483 or via email (provided on your electronic receipt or invoice) for cancellation requests. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, unless the order is cancelled within one business day of the order being placed. Cancellation fees increase the further Farreys.com and the manufacturer have processed your order. The minimum order cancellation fee is 15% of the purchase price. Orders cannot be cancelled after the manufacturer has processed and/or shipped the items. Pricing ErrorsDue to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Farreys.com cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely. |
